FAQs

What geographical areas does Unipaq cover?

Based in Chicago, Unipaq supplies packaging to the entire U.S., as well as into Canada and Mexico.

Is there any cost for Unipaq designing a custom package for my company?

No. Our design and prototyping process won’t cost you a thing. We will also provide free prototypes of your package for you to test-ship, adjust if necessary, and share with your packaging department and customers for their feedback.

What does Unipaq need in order to design a custom package for my company?

We always say that nothing is better than a physical product sample to build a package around. But we can also work with product drawings, mocked-up units that resemble the final product, and even a broken product, as long as it’s the same size and weight of a working unit. A sample of your current packaging also helps, as well as feedback on what you like and dislike about it, and what you’d like to see changed.

What are the lead times for Unipaq’s packaging?

Many of our stock items are available “next day”, while some of our more customized products can take several weeks to manufacture (especially on the first run). But as a rule of thumb, most products have a 1-2 week lead time.

Are Unipaq’s products made in the U.S.A.?

Yes. We are very proud to say that all of our products are made right here in America, and we are based out of Chicago, IL.
